Barbara Johnson
Barbara Johnson is President of the Central Carrollton Neighborhood Association. Although Barbara is not a native New Orleanian, her love for the city shines through when she talks about her neighborhood. The old town of Carrollton was created in 1833 and today is the home of the annual Po-Boy Festival, shopping on Oak Street, and the popular Art Market at Palmer Park. Listen as Barbara tells us all about what makes the Carrollton area such a special New Orleans neighborhood.
