Liz Williams is president and CEO of SOFAB Institute. Liz explains what the SOFAB Institute is and describes the various projects the Institute is involved with.
One of the SOFAB Institute's most recent initiatives is The SOFAB Culinary Library and Archive that opened on October 30, 2013. According to Liz, many interesting people have contributed to the culinary library, including donating an array of exotic cookbooks: "We have cookbooks from all over the world and the United States. It's not just a Southern library". Liz shares some of the exciting plans she has for the future of the library and for the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.
